Swisse Ultiboost Ashwagandha Calm+ is a premium quality formula containing magnesium, ashwagandha, passionflower and reishi mushroom.

Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of mild anxiety and as a calmative to relax the nervous system. Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen to help the body adapt to stress. Magnesium supports a healthy stress response in the body. Magnesium maintains nervous system health. Reishi mushroom is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to help relieve fatigue.

Active ingredients:
Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 52.5 mg.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera extract 30 mg) equivalent dry root [standardised to contain withanolides (of withania somnifera) 1.5 mg].
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata extract 60 mg) equivalent dry herb 3g.
Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum extract 50 mg) equiv. dry fruiting body 1g.

Allergen information:
Suitable for vegans. No added lactose, gluten, egg, soy, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

Directions:
Two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
