Active ingredients:
Curcuma longa (Turmeric) rhizome ext. dry conc. Std. 47.69mg - equivalent to dry rhizome 3.1 g (min)equivalent to curcuminoids 45.31 mg.
Piper nigrum (black pepper) fruit ext. dry conc. Std. 450 micrograms - equivalent to dry fruit 9.23 mg(min) - equivalent to Piperine 430 micrograms.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
