Nature's Way Vitamin K2 + D3 has been specially formulated using a combination of these two vitamins, which help your body build and support strong bones and supports cardiovascular system health.

Vitamin D3 assists with dietary calcium absorption. Vitamin K2 in these tablets helps regulate Osteocalcin (a protein used by the body for depositing calcium into the bones. Vitamin K2 also helps support cardiovascular health for people over 50 years of age by activating MGP – a protein which inhibits calcium build up in arteries.

Finally, Vitamin K2 + D3, promotes optimal calcium absorption if you are taking a calcium supplement.

Active ingredients:
Each Capsule contains:
Menaquinone (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms
Colecalciferol  (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25 micrograms

Directions:
