Blackmores Tranquil Night is a valerian free supplement traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to calm the mind, relieve sleeplessness and help promote sleep.

Blackmores Tranquil Night contains lavender, hops and passionflower which are traditionally used in Western Herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension, relieve symptoms of mild anxiety to calm the mind and relieve sleeplessness.

Active ingredients:
Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) extract equivalent to dry flower 600 mg, Humulus lupulus (hops) extract equivalent to dry herb 250 mg, Passiflora incarnata (passionflower) extract equivalent to dry herb 250 mg, Avena sativa (oats) extract equivalent to dry herb 250 mg.

No added yeast, wheat, milk derivatives or preservatives. No added artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Directions:
Adults - Take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime, or as professional prescribed.

Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.
