Bio Island Lysine Starter for Kids supports a variety of body functions during periods of growth and development, where calcium, protein and energy are beneficial. Lysine supports collagen formation and tissue repair, which is important for skin health, muscle growth and wound healing. It assists calcium absorption that helps maintain normal bone structure. It also plays a vital role in the production of energy and carbohydrate metabolism, which may help with the daily energy needs of all ages.

  • Formulated with the essential amino acid Lysine which cannot be adequately synthesized by the body and must be obtained from diet.
  • Lysine inadequacy may result from poor dietary habits or inadequate intake, which may occur due to fussy eating habits, poor appetite or illness.

Ingredients
Each gram contains:
Lysine Hydrochloride 115mg (Equivalent to Lysine 92mg)
*1g scoop included.

Contains milk, lactose and sucralose.

Directions
Step 1: Place 1/2 cup of water, milk or juice into a container.
Step 2: Add the directed quantity of Bio Island Lysine Starter for Kids and stir lightly until dissolved.
Step 3: Add more water, milk or juice to make 1 cup.

Infants 0-6 months: Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed. 
7-12 months: Take 2-3 scoops (lysine 184-276 mg) daily; 
1-5 years: Take 3 scoops (lysine 276 mg) daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Please take with meal; 
Children under 5 years: Please mix with lukewarm water, milk or juice as shown above; 
Children 5+ years: Can alternatively dissolve powder in mouth with saliva.

Contraindications and cautions

  • Store below 30 ̊C and keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Appearance of this product may vary slightly due to using natural blackcurrant extracts.
