Bio Island Milk Calcium for Kids combines calcium sourced from cows' milk and vitamin D3, which help support healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin D is essential for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and the normal calcification of the skeleton.

Active ingredients:
Each capsule contains: 
Hydroxyapatite 270mg equivalent to calcium 78mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D) 2.5µg (100IU)

Directions:
Infants 0-6 months: Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended, consult your healthcare professional and use only as directed.
7 to 12 months: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
1 to 3 years Take 2 capsules daily.
4 to 8 years: Take 3 capsules daily. 
9+ years: Take 4 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Suggested to be taken at meal time.

For children under 4 years, cut the capsule tail and squeeze the contents onto a spoon before administering into mouth. Alternatively, the dosage can be squeezed onto food.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 30 ̊C
• Keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
