Active ingredients:
Each capsule contains:
Panax ginseng ext. dry conc. 55.56 mg Equivalent dry root 1 g,
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 19.06 mg,
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 20 mg,
Nicotinamide 20 mg,
Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5) 10.87 mg,
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 30.39 mg,
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1 mg,
Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate) 5 mg.

Directions:
Adults only: Take 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
