Active ingredients:
Musashi Bulk Protein Blend (65%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Skim Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Cocoa Powder, Vitamins & Minerals (Dicalcium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Zinc Gluconate, Ferric Pyroosphate, Maltodextrin, Sodium Ascrobate, Vitamin E Acetate, Nicotinamide, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitmain D3, Vitamin B12, Potassium Iodide, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Folic Acid), Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Contains Milk and Soy Products.

Directions:
Add 60g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 500mL of Full Cream Milk or to 300mL of water in a cup or shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

When:
Post-Training: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Maximum one-day intake: up to 3 serves.

Daily: Can be used as a nutritional top up on non-training days. Maximum one-day intake: 1 serve.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 30°C in a dry place.
• Discard contents 3 months after opening.
• Not recommended if you are pregnant or lactating or under 15 years old.
• Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision.
• Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
