Nature's Own Sleep-Ezy is specially formulated with carefully selected ingredients including Valerian, which has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and Hops, which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to calm nerves.

Active ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis dry root extract 139mg, from 556mg dry root (Valerian)
Humulus lupulus dry flower extract 33.33mg, from 250mg dry flower (Hops)
Matricaria chamomilla dry flower extract 25mg, from 100mg dry flower(Chamomile)
Passiflora incarnata dry herb extract 18.18mg, from 100mg dry herb (Passion Flower)
Calcium (from Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate dihydrate) 23.3mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Phosphate Pentahydrate) 10.4mg

No added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products.

Directions: 
Take 2 to 3 capsules one hour before retiring for sleep. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications and cautions:
