Each Pastille (soft gummie) contains:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 20 mg
Nicotinamide 6 mg
dl-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) 14.9 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride 610 micrograms equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 500 micrograms
Biotin (Vitamin H) 37.5 micrograms
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5 micrograms
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2.5 micrograms
Thiamine Nitrate 145 micrograms equivalent to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 117.5 micrograms
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 115 micrograms
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 15 micrograms
Natural Fish oil 68.40 mg
 - equivalent to Docosahexaenioc acid (DHA)
 - equivalent to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)

No artificial colours or flavours.

Directions: 
Children from 2 to 3 years: Give 1 pastille per day
Children 4 years and over: Give 2 pastilles per day. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
