Naturopathica GastroHealth DigestAid Dairy is a triple action probiotic, herb and enzyme formula that helps relieve symptoms of lactose intolerance including: diarrhoea, gas, bloating and cramps.

The triple action formula combines 3 powerful ingredients that work together to promote healthy digestive system function:

1. The enzyme Lactase helps breakdown lactose into more easily digested sugars.
2. The probiotic Bifidobacterium lactis helps relieve digestive discomfort and maintain the balance of good bacteria.
3. Gentian root is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help stimulate digestion and relieve symptoms of indigestion.

Naturopathica GastroHealth Antacid Dual Action helps relieve the symptoms of lactose intolerance:

• Diarrhoea
• Boating
• Cramps
• Gas

When the lactose found in dairy is not fully digested, it can lead to diarrhoea, gas, bloating and cramps. Difficulty in digesting lactase often due to a lactase enzyme deficiency.

Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before each meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Contraindications and cautions

• Store below 25°C and in a dry place away from direct sunlight. 
• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persist for more than 48 hours in adults and in children over 6 years.
• Drink plenty water.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of healthcare professional before taking this product.
