Directions:

Vaporisation: Add 3 to 5 drops (0.2mL) to your vaporizer or Oil Garden diffuser. Create your own personal aromatic environment and balance emotional wellbeing. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.

Bath: Add 5 drops to 10mL of base oil before adding to bath and enjoy the calming atmosphere.

It is recommended you skin patch test prior to use. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
