Active ingredients:
100% Pure Essential Oil
Citrus sinensis fruit 1mL/mL

Can be applied directly to the body or used in a vaporiser

Directions:
Vaporisation: Add a total of 5 drops to the water your Oil Garden diffuser. As the mist rises it carries the pure essential oil particles into the surrounding air.

Massage: For relief of muscular cramps and spams add a total of 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil and gently massage over the skin (onto chest, back and soles of feet). The oils are absorbed into the body via the hair follicles working from within to improve general wellbeing.

Inhalation: For relief of the symptoms of colds and temporary relief of bronchial cough add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 Litre of hot steaming water. Place a towel over your head and inhale deeply for 10 minutes. The essential oil molecules are absorbed via the respiratory system into the body. Avoid using in direct sunlight.

It is recommended you skin patch test prior to use. If irritation occurs discontinue use. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
