Ovaltine Lasting Energy is a drinking chocolate powder that contains 8 vitamins & minerals. It has low GI for lasting energy and has a source of protein.

Active ingredients:
Barley and Malt Extract (35%), Milk Solids, Sugar, Cocoa, Minerals (Calcium, Iron), Maltodextrin, Vitamins (C, B3, B6, D, B12).

Contains: Gluten (Barley, Malt) and Milk.

Directions:
Simply place 3 heaped teaspoons of Ovaltine into a glass of skim milk & stir.

Contraindications and cautions:
•    Store in a cool, dry place. Replace lid securely after use.
•    Keep well sealed when not in use and avoid exposure to moisture.
•    This product contains milk products.
•    If foil seal is not intact, please do not use. 
•    Ovaltine is a nutritious supplement for use when energy and nutrient intakes may not meet individual needs. 
•    When Ovaltine with skim milk is consumed as part of a healthy diet containing a variety of foods. The GI is a ranking of carbohydrates according to their effect on blood glucose levels.
