Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea dry herb extract 277.78 mg) equivalent dry herb 1 g
Sambucus (Sambucus nigra dry flower extract 25 mg) equivalent dry flower 100 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500 mg
Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate 8.75 mg) 1.75 mg

No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, artificial flavours or artificial colours.

Directions: 
Adult Dosage:
Mild tonsillitis, sinusitis & upper respiratory tract infections: 2 tablets daily.
Common Cold symptom relief: 2 tablets daily.
Immune support: 1 tablet daily.
Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
