Thursday Plantation Arnica Oil is a natural alternative for the relief of sprains, strains and bruising. It promotes bruise healing and is a naturally sourced analgesic.

Active ingredients:
Arnica montana flower extract 20mg/mL, derived from dry flower 200mg.

Directions:
Gently massage a small amount into affected area 4 times daily or as required

Contraindications and cautions:

• For external use only.
• Skin patch test prior to use.
• Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
• Avoid eye contact.
• Do not apply to broken skin.
• Store below 30°C.
