Nature’s Way Magnesium Plus Calcium provides bone-fortifying Calcium 300mg and Magnesium 300mg in equal amounts (one to one ratio) with Vitamins D3 and K2 for muscle & bone health.

Magnesium and Calcium are known to work together in the body with magnesium controlling much of the activity of calcium. This is why Nature’s Way has joined magnesium & calcium together as a dynamic duo in equal balance (one to one ratio).

1 Tablet per day supports:

• Healthy muscle contraction function when dietary intake is inadequate

Nature’s Way Magnesium Plus Calcium not only contains equal doses of Magnesium and Calcium but is combined with vitamins D3 and K2 (menaquinone 7) to support calcium absorption and help calcium to be deposited in the bone matrix to help build bone density.

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium Oxide - Heavy 464mg
Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 80mg
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate 10mg
Magnesium Citrate 10mg (total equivalent elemental magnesium 300mg)
Calcium Carbonate 750mg (total equivalent elemental calcium 300mg)
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1,000 IU) 25mcg
Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 10mcg

Directions: 
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.  If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
