Each chewable tablet contains:
Ferrous Fumarate 15.22mg (Iron equivalent 5mg)
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50mg

Directions for Parents:
Children 2+ years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 chewable tablet daily with food, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water.
