Blackmores ‘Stress & Sleep’ is a dual action formula for day and night. The day tablet (Mega B) targets stress, specifically formulated with a combination of B vitamins to maintain energy levels and assist healthy red blood cell production. The night tablet (Valerian Forte) contains a high-potency valerian extract, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to improve sleep quality and promote deep sleep.

Active ingredients: 
Day Formula (Mega B Complex):
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50 mg,
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 30 mg, 
Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100 mg, 
Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 45.8 mg) 50 mg,
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine, vitamin B6 41.1 mg) 50 mg,
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms,
Biotin (vitamin H) 50 micrograms,
Choline bitartrate 50 mg,
Inositol 50 mg,
Folic acid 300 micrograms.

Night Formula (Valerian Forte):
Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg, equivalent dry root and rhizome 2 g (2000 mg) std. to contain: valerenic acids 3.2 mg.

No added yeast, gluten, milk products or preservatives. No added artificial sweeteners.

Directions: 
Adults – Day Tablet (Mega B Complex): Take 1 tablet once a day. Take with food.

Adults – Night Tablet (Valerian Forte): Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.

Children under 18 - only as professionally prescribed

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if blister seal is broken.
• This product may interfere with certain other medications you may be taking, so please see your healthcare professional before taking.
• In rare cases, Valerian officinalis has been reported to be associated with liver injury. Please discuss any concerns or questions you have with your health professional.
• Day tablet (Mega B): A yellow capsule shaped tablet.  
• Night tablet (Valerian Forte): Brown capsule-shaped tablet.
