Nature’s Own Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) is a water-soluble vitamin involved in fat, carbohydrate and protein metabolism and energy production. Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) has shown to help in the treatment of minor skin conditions such as acne and it also helps to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails.

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Directions:
Adults - Take 1 Vitamin B3 500mg tablet once daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
