Active ingredients:
EKO Krill Oil (euphausia superba oil) 1 g. No added gluten, lactose, egg, yeast or artificial colours.

Directions:
Mild to moderate Osteoarthritis Relief: Four capsules daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. May only provide a mild improvement in symptoms and take up to 6 months to see effects. If symptoms persists, talk to your health professional.
For supportive Omega-3 benefits:
Heart Health: Two capsules daily.
Brain & Eye Health: Four capsules daily.
Omega-3 Levels: Four capsules daily.
