Aqua, Lauric Acid, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, C12-20 Alkyl Glucoside, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Myristic Acid, Acrylates Copolymer, C14-22 Alcohols, Palmitic Acid, Sodium Taurine Cocoyl Methyltaurate, Fragrance, Ammonium Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium Edta, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Rosa Damascena Flower Extract, Rubus Idaeus Fruit Extract, Polyquaternium-7, Benzalkonium Chloride.

Directions:
Squeeze the shower gel onto your palm in an appropriate amount. Rub until it lathers up and apply it all over your soaked skin before rinsing off with clean water. It is recommended to use regularly in the morning and evening for maximum effectiveness.
