Blackmores Women’s Premium Iron formulated with iron bisglycinate. This lower constipation, low nausea form of iron is well tolerated and gentle on the digestive system. This form of iron is better absorbed than some other forms of iron including ferrous sulphate, when taken with food. 

Iron is needed to deliver oxygen around the body and to help maintain healthy energy levels and vitality. It can reduce fatigue and tiredness caused by inadequate iron intake.

Directions:
Adults - Take 1 tablet per day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
