Coles Buttermilk Pancake Shake Mix are a rich aroma pancake shake that are great for breakfast for the whole family. These fluffy pancakes taste sweet and delicious and can be decorated with fruit or maple syrup. It is so easy, just add water, shake and pour for delicious pancakes.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Wheat Starch, Buttermilk Powder (Milk)(3.5%), Canola Oil, Thickener (1422), Baking Powder [Raising Agents (450, 500, 341, 339), Wheaten Cornflour (Wheat)], Whey Powder (Milk), Salt, Raising Agent (500).

Contains: Wheat, Gluten and Milk.

Directions:

1. Shake bottle to loosen mix.
2. Remove the cap and add 350mL of cold water to the bottle. 
3. Replace the cap tightly and shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into a heated lightly greased frying pan to desired size.
5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Handy Hint: For fluffer pancakes replace water with milk.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Do not use if pack is damaged.
