Biotin: Your body uses biotin for the breakdown of dietary protein into amino acids that are components of keratin formation.
Iron: You may find you have dry, brittle hair if dietary iron requirements are not being met.
Silicon: The body’s natural silicon drops as we get older but it’s an important nutrient to support hair thickness and strength.
Each tablet contains:
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg,
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 12 mg,
Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5 mg (as calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg),
Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.5 mg (as pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.82 mg),
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2 micrograms,
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 59 mg,
d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 7 mg, (Vitamin E 8.47 IU),
Copper (as copper gluconate) 350 micrograms,
Biotin (Vitamin B7) 2.5 mg,
Potassium (as potassium iodide) 15 micrograms,
Iodine (as potassium iodide) 50 micrograms,
Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 10.5 mg,
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 30 micrograms,
Silicon (as silicon dioxide) 15 mg,
Zinc (as zinc sulfate monohydrate) 11 mg,
Cysteine 5 mg
Adults and children 12+ years: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
Contraindications and cautions:
- Contains sulphites.
- Contains soya beans products.
- This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplement should not be exceeded.
- Store below 25°C.
- Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
