Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 10 mg,
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 975 micrograms, equivalent Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 800 micrograms,
Biotin (Vitamin B7) 10 micrograms,
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 75 micrograms.

Adults: Take 2 pastilles (soft gummies) per day. Or as advised by your health professional.
