Nature's Own Biotin 300mcg helps to strengthen soft brittle nails and reduce their breaking and splitting. Biotin, classified as a B vitamin, is needed for the maintenance of healthy nails. It is a co-factor for some carboxylases, enzymes that catalyse reactions within biochemical pathways in the body such as fat metabolism. Biotin deficiency has also been linked to hair loss.
