Contains high potency B group vitamins to support energy production and vitality. Vitamin B2, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B5 & B6 are important for the adrenals. Healthy adrenal function helps support the body's response to stress.

Knotweed (Fallopia japonica) dry root 2 g (equivalent resveratrol 10 mg)
Grape Seed (Vitis vinifera) dry seed 1 g (equivalent procyanidins 7.91 mg)

No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, or artificial flavours. Contains phenylalanine & soya beans

Directions: 
One tablet daily, with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Note: Swisse recommend taking 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, as directed on the label. You may like to take 1 tablet in the morning with breakfast or 1 tablet in the afternoon with Lunch. Please be advised that Swisse do not recommend you take this supplement within 2 hours of consuming tea, coffee, or any caffeinated beverages (such as cola).

Contraindications and cautions:

  • Store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • When taken in excess of 3,000 micrograms retinol equivalents vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women.
  • Contains bovine (beef) gelatine, therefore is not suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
